  • Style Shoot: A unique Parisian Elopement

Ever since our first styled shoot that we did this past summer, we have been itching to organise another one.  We felt it was important to show couples that it does not take a lot to create something beautiful and special. It does not matter if you have decided on the spot to elope or have taken the time to plan your day out months in advance. There is something so very magical about Paris that takes over just simply evokes romance wherever you turn. Match that with an outstanding team of English-speaking vendors and you have something quite stunning to say the least!

The day began with hair and makeup by the very talented, James of JMS by James. Romain from “Anciennes de Prestige picked up our couple in a classic DS convertible citroen which made my day! “Leanne’s wedding gown is designed by the very talented Carolina Herrera and lent to us via “Ma Bonne Amie” in Paris. Frederic was wearing a very slick tuxedo from “Faubourg Saint Sulpice” that we love here at WeddingLight Events. Synie from “Synies” in Paris designed an ever so tasty tiered pink and golden painted wedding cake; simply Yummy! Edith from “une fleur en liberté” made a lovely delicate long-stemmed powder pink roses and spring purple broom. I invite all of you to go to our Paris wedding photographers website to enjoy a larger selection of this gorgeous elopement style documentary shot in Paris. It was a lot of fun to produce and we are already looking forward to our next adventure.
All photographs by Olivier © WeddingLight Paris. Rush to his website, he is so talented & has this thing to make you laugh and have a wonderful time! Simply a great wedding photographer in Paris for your elopement, wedding and engagement photography.

And a big thank you to Joy from Studio French Blue as well. Joy produced the stationary and beautiful calligraphy for our style shoot.

  • Paris Photo Session: An Adorable Beijing Couple’s Pre-Wedding Shoot

After speaking with our fabulous in-house photographer, Olivier Lalin of WeddingLight Photography, this couple from Beijing decided to book a 3-hour photo session while vacationing in Paris. The adorable couple will be back in the City of Love this coming summer to celebrate their destination wedding with an intimate group of family and friends. The two decided to spend some extra time before the big day to get to know the city and its beauty before their wedding plans and there is no better way to do it than with a lovely photo tour through the French capital. It also provided them a chance to get to know their photographer. Many couples find themselves slightly nervous, but Olivier understand that and was able to put them at ease completely and make them comfortable and, of course, that is the most important part!

To see more of this couple’s charming photos, please head on over to WeddingLight Photography’s blog. You can also see their photo session featured on the wonderful destination wedding blog, Fly Away Bride.

They became most recognised for their pocket watches and symbolised by their panther, but it is their rings which stole the heart of diamond loving romantics worldwide. A name which has become truly synonymous with romance and excess. The only thing more special than a Cartier wedding band, is a Cartier wedding band purchased in Paris.

  • Your Paris Pre-Wedding Photographer

We rarely talk about pre-wedding portraits and photography in Paris. Well, now is the time with this very cute photo story that is published in French Wedding Style blog. Olivier, our wedding photographer from WeddingLight photographed this young couple very much ” IN LOVE. ” They went from the bridges to the Seine, Le Louvres, Place de la Concorde and the Tuilerie gardens over  three hours. They  flew all the way from Hong Kong to have their photo session done in the city of light. We do love it, they basically rocked our day with their sense of style and joie de vivre. If you are planning to come to Paris for your pre wedding or engagement photo session, I suggest you get in touch with Olivier from WeddingLight photography.
